[NLRS] Eau Claire Bands.

So far, we have a complement of stations from 6 meter
up through 1296.  The 902 band is slowly gorwing. 
N0AKC, KB9PJL, K9MU have 902, I will also have it by
spring.  I am not sure if W9RAY has 902 working
offhand.  Pretty much all of us "Charlie's Monsters"
have 1296 here.  I think Ray has some 10.5 G stuff. 
And eventually I know I will have other micro bands
also.  I hope this helps.
