[NLRS] New 24GHz Station on the Air

Hi All,
There is a new 24 GHz station on the air.   W0GHZ has completed his 24 GHz
unit and Gary and I  had a QSO  from The Capitol Overlook to Mounds Park.
We also tried  bouncing off of downtown St. Paul and it all worked.   Gary
is the high power on 24 GHz with 20 mw out into an 18 in Dish.  Good going
Gary.
The contact were on narrow band ssb and FM.
