[NLRS] Club Table Update-Power

I will bring a small 23Amp switcher in case someone
wants to test a rig for power up...I will also have an
jumpstart pack 12V. I will be tehre with KB9PJL
hopefully by 7:30ish maybe sooner, If no-one is
around, I will direct myself to the NLRS table...so
look for an overgrown wookie looking bleary-eyed.
