[NLRS] Club Table update

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED!  VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED!!

Oct. 25, 2003 - 8 am to 3 pm - Wilkins Auditorium, River Center, St Paul, MN

Guys,

This is where we are at so far.  It is getting better and it looks like we
have attained mass, so we will have a Club Table and it will be manned.  We
have some people that will float but I would still like to get some
commitments to the other three slots.  There is nothing hard about this and
the table is a good place to rest your bones and collect your treasures.
The rest of it is just like talking on the radio only without the Mic.  We
love to have Newbie's man the table.

Lenny and Bob will be tied up most of the morning but I expect that several
people will follow them to our Club table for more Q and A after their
presentation.  Of course during their presentation Bob and Lenny will
probably invite the attendees to visit our table so any extra unscheduled
bodies to help with Q and A at the table would be welcome.

It would be nice to capture the Names, Calls,  and Emails of the attendees
and other interested hams so we could email them directly about the mail
list, Website, and invite them to Aurora 2004.  Anybody want to make up some
signup sheets?

John, K0FQA is lending us a blue table cloth so that should help to class up
the table. Thank You Jon!!
