[NLRS] NLRS BPL donation

Hmmm, my email is acting up .... I sent this once but AOL vs QTH.NET is 
having a fight.

I have received comments from several of you that NLRS was not listed on page 
10 of the Nov. QST for donation to the BPL defense fund nor are we listed at 
the ARRLs website.   What I can tell you is that the donation was indeed made 
and the check has been cashed.   We are checking into why the NLRS did not 
receive recognition and will let you know as soon as we know.
