[NLRS] Sprint contest

Hi Glen,

Sounds like a good plan.  One comment, though, is that the contest ENDS at
1300 local, so there really isn't any "afternoon."  (The contest runs
0600-1300 local, and you operate any 5 hours of the total 7 hours - in 1
hour increments.)

I'm going to try and get on ther air, too.  Maybe I'll work you !
