[NLRS] Hamfest MN & NLRS

Once again N0HZ has stepped up to the plate and is working on having a NLRS 
club table at the up and coming hamfest.    This is an excellent chance for us 
to spread the gospel regarding VHF and weak signal operations and to encourage 
others to join in on our fun.

If you have not volunteered in the past this is a great chance to get 
involved with NLRS club activities.   Drop Earl a note at  earl@jarosh.org to ask how 
you can help.   What is needed is a bunch of us each helping a little bit.
