[NLRS] Sprint contest

I think this works for me too .... stay at home for the first couple of hrs, 
say until  9:00 or 9:30 AM for 902, 1296, 2304 (for me), then head out on the 
road after 9:30 AM to play some 10 GHz after that.   All weather dependent too.
