[NLRS] log submission for sept contest by oct 15

Just another reminder that logs for the September VHF QSO party need 
to be either postmarked or emailed by October 15.  Also remember to 
put Northern Lights Radio Society in the club line of your entry.  If 
you want include some soapbox comments as well - just follow the 
soapbox links from the operating activities > contests > tabs at 
arrl.org.  The online editing features make it really easy to include 
photos and edit comments.
