[NLRS] 10 GHz Contest Reporting & Soapbox

10 GHz contest results need to reported no later than Oct 21.   I did mine on 
paper (yuck!) and it took me about 3 hrs to complete.   Forms, rules, and 
mailing address can be found at the Leagues website at 
http://www.remote.arrl.org/contests/forms/  .   If you operated, please report your results big or 
small.   Its the reported activity that counts.

While you are at the Leagues website, check out the 10 GHz soapbox comments 
from KF9US, W0ZQ, and K0KFC at 
http://www.remote.arrl.org/contests/soapbox/?con_id=52 .   I encourage others to write their soapbox comments in as well .... 
its very easy.
