[NLRS] Source for Mini-Circuits parts

DEMI has some of those parts. Dan's small parts has some of them. RF
Parts has some. I've bought some at good prices on ebay. I've bought MAV
at really great prices from an irregular parts list on the MW list, Brad
Thompson <Brad.Thompson@valley.net>.

I've concluded that a MAV-11 biased at lower currents will substitute
for everything but the MAR-06 or 08. but I don't trust the 08 to not
oscillate so I use 06.

Mini-Circuits doesn't have a sales tax permit so won't sell inside New
York state.
