Too bad you can't tie all the trailers together as a big radial system...of
course that increases the need for height of the vertical element...to be
above the metal of the trailers.
I remember a ham who worked for NIST (Jeff something, a 3-land 1x2 as I
recall) showing a picture of his "Dodge Dipole"...two Dodge automobiles
parked nose to nose (though not touching) and used as the opposing sides of
a dipole...close to resonant on 20 meters (each car about 16 feet in length)
and a very high take off angle with the 'elements' being so close to
'ground'.
