[NLRS] Proposed 2004 dates for NLRS breakfasts, Round II

It appears that two dates pose minor problems.

September 4 is Labor Day weekend.   The preferred date of September 11 is
the weekend of the September VHF contest while the following weekend of
Sept. 18-19 is the 10 GHz contest.    I really don't see a good way to do
to much here so I am going to recommend that we stick with Sept 4.

June 5 is the tentative date for the Tailgate Swapfest.   The preferred
date of June 12 is out because this is the weekend of the June VHF contest.
June 19 is a possibility.   Given a choice between June 5 or June 19, is
there a preference ?    Field Day is June 26-27.
