[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - May Results

The States Above totals are surging with the new '03 E-season upon us.
The total jumped from 1,020 last month to 1,086 this month.   Welcome to a
new States Above NLRS member KC0HEW.

With the E-season in full swing, and with the June contest fast
approaching, its not to late to participate and to work those 30 States
(and Provinces) for a certificate.   Lets make sure Bruce is plenty busy
filling those out !    Looking forward to the VHF contest, if you have 6m,
2m and 432, you can think about working SD, IO, MN, WI on 432, the same
states plus ILL & MI on 2m, thus giving you 10 States on those two bands.
If we have any kind of a E-opening during the contest, and we usually do,
all you have to do is then work 20 States (and Provinces) on 6m and you
have your 30 total States worked for your certificate !     Throw in a
little aurora, a little tropo, and/or more bands and its even easier.   Set
your sites on the June contest and lets see if we can have another banner
year for NLRS States Above certificates.

The objective of this CSVHF Society sponsored event is to promote activity
in the world above 50 MHz.  Work 30 or more states plus provinces, submit
your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event (just before Central
States), and receive a nice looking certificate.   Full rules & forms for
