[NLRS] Using a Radio Shack HTX-10 as a 28 Mhz IF

Not familiar with the HTX-10 Carl.   I use a slightly modified HR2600 on
222 and a HR2600 with a 2m DEM board installed internally for a 2304 IF
rig.     For T/R control of the transverters, I just rooted around on the
PC board with my voltmeter until I found a "control line" that went
positive on transmit .... I think it goes to +9 vdc on transmit, and used
that to drive the base of a 2N2222 thru a 10K ohm series resistor.    The
transistor then drive a small relay for transverter T/R control.   Both
systems have been operational for several years including a rove or two.
