[NLRS] Lake Superior 10 GHz Expedition additions

Hi all, 

I have some additional info to add to the list sent earlier.

Jim, K0KFC, will go to the UP for the August weekend.

Doug, N0NAS, will go to the North Shore for the August weekend.

Russ, KC0LMS, will be on for the August weekend. Don't know
     which side of the lake he will chose.

Anyone up for some 10Gig activity next weekend? Best day 
for me is Sunday. Maybe a good time to show the new ops
some of the "local" sites.
