[NLRS] VHF presentation to other clubs

Lenny, K0SHF and Earl, N0HZ, have volunteered to act as coordinators for NLRS 
"communications" activities.  Such activities may include weak signal 
presentations to other (FM) clubs and club tables such as the one we recently 
had at MidWinter.   My expectation is that Lenny & Earl will do the 
coordination and we the club members will throw our support behind them as 
needed .... perhaps those who are interested in speaking at various club 
meetings can make their interest known to these guys.   We have a great hobby 
with lots of interesting stories to tell, lets see if we can get them out 
there.
