[NLRS] six meter au. & Broadband over Power Lines (BPL)

There was a beautifull AU display here at about 23:30 local as I was leaving
work (callout with powerline outage to USA .  The outage related to power
line carrier equipment going on a 500 KV line going to Duluth. The PLC was
high power FSK tones down about 80 kHz, not the MegaBit kind.....no Ham
interference !

Personally the power line data communications threat I believe is greatly
overrated....most utilities can't be bothered.  More likely that Radio
Shack, etc will further exploit and we know how little power we  have with
the manufacturers.
