It was good seeing A LOT of NLRS members at MidWinter Madness. I think =
the club table was a huge success as there was a constant buzz of =
activity around it all day long. Thanks to Earl, N0HZ, for organizing =
this and to those NLRS members who volunteered to man the table and =
answered questions about what VHF weak signal work is all about. The =
name badges were a nice touch.

Two other topics. First, we continue to move forward on club logo =
patches and hats. Bud, W0LCP, with help from others, are working =
towards some final pricing. We hope to have a prototype to show at the =
April 12th NLRS breakfast and take orders at Au'03. If anyone has any =
thoughts or comments along this line, please contact myself or Bud. =20

Second, we have established a draft of a brochure for the NLRS that is a =
one page tri-fold design. I have volunteered to be the point person =
for collecting comments and feedback as to design changes for this =
draft. Some of you may have seen a copy of this that was being passed =
around at MidWinter Madness. If you would like to see a .pdf version =
of this brochure please send me an email to this affect and I will =
forward the .pdf file to you for your review & comments.

W0ZQ.
