HELLO !!Yes , those numbers do appear to be in line - the HP 8762B,8763B and 
the 8764B and the 'C' suffixed units are dc to 18ghz with .20db insertion 
loss at 2ghz and .5db insertion loss to 18ghz and 90db iso between ports ( 
reason for mentioning these particular relays - they were sold in the box NEW 
, here locally - I missed out too ) ........ I managed to grab one of the 
HP8762A (only good to 4ghz) , but I had to beg for it ....... Good luck in
