[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - February Results

Well, updates were a bit slow for February ..... no surprise there.
January/February are sort of the doldrums for VHFing, especially in the
frozen tundra of NLRS land.   Keep in mind as we move towards the spring
solstice (March 21) that aurora activity should pick up significantly with
good AU openings on 6, 2, and 222.

in the world above 50 MHz.  Work 30 or more states plus provinces, submit
your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event (just before Central
