[NLRS] Inductor value?

.11 microhenry, but pacific rim colors are not as well defined as USA
colors. And paint can turn brown when cooked. .22 is a standard value,
.11 is not. So is .33. Some orange is close to brown. A normal value for
a choke for 432 would be about .68 microhenry.
