[NLRS] 10 GHz rain scatter ?

Rain scatter at 6:30.   I will be on my dock.    I will have only 10 mw.
Amp is at the factory.    146.46 MHz

I'm up for if its not actually pouring in St. Anthony !  Bob helped me re-do
my feed horn position and I'd like to try it out.  The dish is back up to
31.5 dB gain... that what the "book" says it should !  It was down to <28
dB.
