[NLRS] W0PHD heard in W7!

     Good evening,
heard Wallace today about 1702utc on 144mcs at
Q5 on cw from extreme Northwest North Dakota.
(DN88 while at the defunct Fortuna Air Base)
     Also heard him on cw from DN78 from 
Westby, Montana.   No qso, but did try sincerely.
