Well in a few hours I will begin installing some gear at the farm.
Hope to be on the air with 7 bands by start time tomorrow. Although
I have the parts to fix my apparently deaf 3456 xverter it looks like
there may not be enough time - (more later on). The good news is
that 50 - 2304 seem to be in great shape. Had no or little trouble
working KM0T on 902 and 2304 wed nite from WI .. sorry I couldn't
work anyone else on 222 - I called quite a while but was a bit later
than expected. I have also loaned some gear to Jim, KB0THN/R -
sounds like he will be QRV on sunday only EN's 33,34,43,44 and maybe
more if condx and equip are good. Jim should have ABCDE going. I
think we can look for Jim on the above .200 area of the band: 144.225
+/- as needed. Clare K0NY/R will probably be out too on Sat - hope
he will give us an update. Any way it sounds like the wx and bands
should be in great shape and it looks like participation is up as
well! Hope to work a bunch of you - how about at least 3 stations
on in EN43!! (-maybe I'll actually get to work my own grid this
year!) Good Luck in the contest
