Hi all, was about to hit the sack when I checked the proplogger one more
time. N0DQS posted he was hearing W7FHI in Washington state.

Ran down to fire stuff up, all disconnected from the storms going thru and
managed to work 4 or 5 guys there in WA before it slid out. Was in for
about 5 minutes tops, typical 2M Es - 5x9+20 for 10 secounds then fade to
nothing. Then back again 30 seconds later. Called a bunch on 222, nothing
heard.

The tower was cranked all the way down due to storms. This is the 3rd 2
meter eskip opening where the antennas were as low as they could go.
Hmmmm.....

Grids were CN97 and 98 and DN06.

Yesterdays 6M activity across the country seems to have led to 2M Eskip
toward the afternoon. There was a 2M opening earlier in the day down south.
Seems like today is shaping up that way too. 6M is open lots of places
(Except 4U1UN - argh! - was home at lunch, never could hear em)

Lots of solar noise burst on 6M around lunch too.

This is all grand and fine, its just 3 days early........See you in the
contest.

73 and heads up...
