[NLRS] mi308 pin diode

Jon,

I am not sure why it went out.  I have a used Ten Tec
1210 (10 to 2 meter) transverter.   It came with this
bad part so I was just trying to get it working.  I
hope that is all that is wrong with it, but just
starting with it.  

I saw the minimum order for RF parts and thought that
24 + Shipping was worth finding something local or
calling Ten Tec direct.
