[NLRS] Trough reflector dimensions

Mark's mobile 1296 was marginal on CW, I copied about 50%, poorer ears
copied less or none. I have an audio clip from KA0Y but that's no dinky
dish. I've a good 10' Prodeline dish laying out back of the barn. That
might be a bit more efficient than Mark's mobile dish, perhaps?
