[NLRS] More 10 GHz scatter ?

Hi Jon,
Took a look at the maps... any storms in the Madison area, or near Houghton,
MI are PRIME for us to work Bob, K2YAZ.  Based on 35,000 ft storm towers,
Barry and Bob are way out of range. Mike and Bob are also out of range, but
its close.  Stronger (taller) storms MIGHT make it possible.  They'd need to
be in the La Crosse area.

Might be an interesting evening!
