Here is the final NLRS posting for the 2002-2003 running of the CSVHF
States Above operating event.    Bruce will have the formal standings for
all of CSVHF posted on the CSVHF website later this summer.    Bruce will
continue to take submissions for certificates up until August 31, 2003.

For those who did not attend the CSVHF conference last week, Mike (KM0T)
pulled off another first place finish overall with a total of 199 States
and Provinces.  K8TQK was second and KE8FD was third.    Mike has done an
outstanding job of assembling a first class VHF/UHF/Microwave station and
along with his operating skill and support from a strong club has once
again propelled himself to first place .... nice job Mike !    There is a
rumor going around that Mike has petition the FCC to add three new
microwave bands so that he could add just a few more bands to his meager
station.

I'll be looking for initial 2003 - 2004 States Above totals starting at the
end of next month (August).   Download the new forms from the web site
listed above and fill them out as you work them.   Don't forget the UHF
contest this weekend.
