[NLRS] 10 GHz Rain Scatter Tuesday nite ?

Weather radar looking good ... I am going to cram down dinner and head out to 
the Burnsville site that overlooks 35W and has an excellent view to the NW.   
Will be operational from there around 6:40 PM +/- a few minutes.   My cell 
phone number is 612-309-4242.  I will be listening on 146.46 FM locally.   I 
will send some RF towards Winnipeg at about 333 degrees on the even minutes and 
listen on the odd minutes until say 7:30 PM or so.  During receive I will also 
be dithering the dish a bit.
