Hi All -

I will send out the NLRS check to the ARRL on Monday.  I will also be making 
a donation myself to fight BPL.  I would encourage you all to do the same.  

I agree with Chuck that this will be a big battle for us.  We are all "weak 
signal" enthusiasts.  Think about how much fun it will be to pull out the weak 
signals from all the noise that will be created by this.

Please take the time to educate yourself on this issue and spread the word.
