[NLRS] Pl259 to SMA adapter?

Hi all, well, I got the horn mounted to the dish last night and went to 
hook up the electronics and found that I'm going to need a cable that 
has a Pl259 on the IF rig end and a SMA m on the other end.  I'm looking 
for thoughts on how to make such a cable.  If I use something like rg174 
it is small enough for the sma but hopelessly tiny for the pl259 which 
is ment to have LMR400.  And vsvs.  Any thoughts on this???
