[NLRS] 10ghz trip in August 2003

Hello All, as many of you know my DEM transverter is
delayed in delivery, but that is not the worst of it.
I have a conflict with that weekend, a family
obligation has come up of a personal nature. I will
have to miss giving support for the teams going. I was
planning on tagging along to carry gear etc.. I am not
able to do so unless things change drastically. I am
however able and willing to make the September section
of the contest up to the NS or UP. I'm not sure what
the plans are,but I will be on with my 10ghz gear by
