[NLRS] Breakfast, hats, and contests

Some odds & ends:

*  Tomorrows breakfast is at the Richfield Old Country Buffet.   I will
bring hats for those who still have not collected theirs and I will bring
patches for sale.   NLRS patches are $3.00.

*  The UHF contest is fast approaching .... its August 2 and 3.   The
contest fun is on 222 and up.   For rovers, you can leave those mammoth 6m
and 2m beams at home.     It could be a good opportunity to exercise your
10 GHz equipment prior to the 10 GHz contest.   Both Gary and Mike have 10
GHz on their towers at home ..... how about we give these guys a bunch of
10 GHz contacts.

*  Hot on the heals of the UHF contest is the 10 GHz contest, August 16 &
17.    Group plans are underway but need continued discussion.

*  The September VHF contest is Sept 13 and 14.   The fun thing about the
Sept contest is that there is typically more high band activity compared to
the June contest where everyone is hanging out on 6m.

*  The second weekend of the 10 GHz contest is Sept 20 & 21.
