[NLRS] NLRS Reflector Members..... Please read!

Hi Gang,
FYI......    When you list multiple recipients in addition to sending a note
to the reflector it automatically is sent to me for approval.  And I don't
mind doing it, a bit.  The down side is that your message may get delayed
somewhat if I don't check my inbox for a few hours or so.  If you're in a
rush to get your traffic out then send one message to the reflector and a
second one to others that may not be subscribed to the reflector.
