[NLRS] NLRS club table @ Midwinter

OK, here is the good news.   The Midwinter Madness "club table coordinator"
has indicated that club tables are still available.   Its ours for the
paying.   The bad news is that I haven't gotten a NLRS PR volunteer (or
two) to organize it.      What I would like to have is someone who can
organize the table and work with a group of fellow volunteers, but we need
one "go to" person.   Anyone want to have 5 minutes of fame to help our
club with PR ?
