Thanks Donn, great idea. For those who were not at Central States, Donn's
posters where a big hit at the NLRS suite. Obviously the target group at
Midwinter is a little different than the CSVHF crowd, but still sure to
generate some ohhhs and awes.

This is good stuff for anyone who is looking to volunteer as the Midwinter
Madness PR lead !

Hi Jon,
I still have the posters that we put together for the CSVHF meeting in
Milwaukee (10GHz in the TC area). They're a talking point, if nothing
else.
I can also bring the 24GHz Xcvr, and I'm sure Bob, W0AUS, would bring his.
Along with the 10Ghz stuff someone else mentioned earlier, those could be
demos. I should have the program for Aurora '03 pretty much set by then,
so
a flyer could be available for that, too.

Thanks for the info Jon & Rusty. $15 seems like a reasonable cost.

If a NLRS member wishes to volunteer to lead a group of NLRS volunteers to
pull this together, you have my support .... we should be able to fund the
$15 out of our club fees (right Rich) ? I would also like to insure that
the table is staffed at all hours as nothing sends a more negative message
than a club table that no one is at (or, a club table that is just a
table).

If I can get one NLRS volunteer, or perhaps two, that I can ordain as the
Midwinter Madness PR team and who can then pull this together, including
getting a team together to staff the table full time, etc., I will work
with Rich to get a club table (if one is still available).
