[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - January Request

Its that time again.   Following last weekends Jan. VHF contest I have no
doubt that state totals will sky rocket, especially on 6m with that nice E
opening to all 86 ops's in FN20.

Send me your updated totals by this Friday, Jan. 31, and I will repost.

Remember that the objective of this CSVHF Society sponsored event is to
promote activity in the world above 50 MHz.  Work 30 or more states plus
provinces, submit your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event (just
before Central States), and receive a nice looking certificate.   Full
