[NLRS] midwinter madness

I believe that cost is $25 according to an email that I received a couple of
days ago. I am not sure if they have a club discount. Sometimes clubs give
other clubs either a price break or better location. It is worth asking
about... NLRS might be a little bit late to be asking for anything other
than a table.

$25 is a pretty good price.
