The contest exchange for MN stations is your first name and county and for
non-MN stations its name and state. For MN stations, multipliers are a
total of states plus counties that you have worked. Counties are
multipliers ..... no grids. As Rich has pointed out, being in a rare
county is like being in a rare grid.

Also, you can work the same station twice per band; once on phone for 1 QSO
point and then again on CW for two QSO points. What a great opportunity
to practice a little CW in a very relaxed format.

Hi All -

Remember to let me know if you'll be on the air for the Minnesota QSO
Party.
There are still a lot of counties that need activating. You guys in the
outstate area will be "rare DX" next weekend!

So far here is who I think will be on the air:
KT8O
N0HJZ
W0AMT/R
K0PG/R (I think)
WA2HFI (I think)
W0ZQ (I think)

Who else will be on? Let me know and I'll post the list. Remember to
check
out the Minnesota QSO Party site at www.w0aa.org. There is free software,
rover maps, etc.

73 Rich N0HJZ
