Very interesting ..... during the heat of the battle, when the 6m opening
was in full swing here, I did notice that the FM29, FN20, etc., boys were
working W8's and I thought that his was fairly short 6m E hop for them.

Makes you wonder how often E's really occur ...... it takes the activity of
a contest with someone being in a harvested snow packed corn field to
detect it !

Rumor has it that Gene, N0DQS/R worked Delware - FM28 - W3OR off his loops
on 2Meters, I guess it surprised the he-- out of him.....
Also, I heard a guy call me on 2 Meters around the same time...."Hey KMOT,
this is birmingham - EM63...fade out" I guess a call first would have been
good :)
Damn...I needed Deleware on 2....
