[NLRS] Good news bad news...

I worked hard all day today outdoors getting the rover mobile
ready......whew that's tough in the cold.
The good news, most everything seems to work just fine.
The bad news, 2304 doesn't seem to want to play. There have been other Jan
roves where this rig didn't want to play. Didn't bother me too much then
because the dish was a bear to deal with. But now that ZQ has loaned me his
looper, I was hoping this would work because I could stay in the vehicle all
nice and warm.
I pass keying voltage through the coax and that is getting to the
transverter, however the "monitor" meter that gives me some indication of
output just doesn't want to budge. I haven't checked receive.....and now
there's not much time to fix anything before I depart tomorrow morning.
Oh, one little odd thing, seems I left the 6m microphone at the farm. K0SHF
is going to loan me an Icom from a different vintage and we'll hope that it
works. However, even when I do have a mic, I"m so weak on 6m that I
frequently transmit on CW anyways. If you're hearing me just fine, transmit
to me on SSB (on 6m) but understand that I will probably (and possibly only)
reply in CW.
Looking forward to many Q's tomorrow!!!!!
I'll be available on my cellphone until contest time at 651-491-1077.
