Hi all.

The weather forecast for the weekend seems to be improving.
IF the weather for Saturday and/or Sunday is above 20 deg and the
windchill isn't bad, I plan to operate Low Power Portable from
the St Anthony site (Ridgeway Park, just east of the Honeywell
plant on the north side of 35W).

I hope to provide contacts for as many of you as possible,
particularly the bands above 432.

Equipment will be:
      50 MHz 10W Squalo ant
144 MHz 10W 6el VJB beam, vertical, and Squalo omni
      223 MHz 7W 6el VJB beam ( FM only 223.5)
      432 MHz 3W 8 el Quagi
902/3 MHz 6W 10el VJB (FM or CW only)
      1296 MHz 1/2W 10 el VJB
       2304 MHz 1W 21 el Looper
       3456 MHz 50mW 2' dish
       5760 MHz 20mW 18" dish
      10,368 MHz 1W 18" dish
       24,150 MHz 5mW Horn
Also have two loaner WBFM rigs on 10 and one on 24
GHz.
If anyone wants to stop by to work me in EN35 and
then move across the freeway for EN34 let me know.

Planned operating times are for 1PM to between 5 or 6PM Saturday
and Noon to 5 or 6 PM on Sunday. It depends on the weather and
the police. I don't want to stay there much after dark, it gets to hard
to see what I'm doing.

I will use 144.260 for my main frequency on 2M and for liaison.

I don't have room in the truck for all the higher bands so operation
on the higher bands may be limited. If you want to work me on 900
and up please look for me at the following times:
      900 Sunday 2PM
1296 I will have this band ready to go at any time.
      2304 Sunday 2:15PM
      3456 Sunday 2:30 PM
      5760 Sunday 3PM
10GHz I will try to have this ready at any time.
Let me know if you need these bands on Saturday, I will try to
get them on the air. If you will be on Sunday, I would rather try to
work most of you at the same time.

I will get on the air from home at other time during the contest.

If I don't operate portable I may go do a house-to-house rove
to give you the high bands.

Good luck in the contest and hope for good weather.

73, Gary WB0LJC
