[NLRS] Minnesota QSO Party

I will go mobile for the Minnesota QSO party.  I will have HF + 6,2,222,432, +
1296.

My plan is to get up early Saturday morning, drive to the edge of the frontier
and deploy the long wire in time to work some 160 contacts at 1430z.   That's
the whole plan so far.

I was thinking of starting in Aitkin county east of Sandstone, I'm not really
sure.

I will get the Minnesota QSO Party plan together after the VHF contest.
