[NLRS] Minnesota QSO Party

..... and, to add to Rich's comments, you can operate HF AND VHF, which I
plan to do, and submit your scores as NLRS.   Its my understanding, which I
am getting clarification on, that if you operate HF (160m - 10m, no WARC
bands) a separate log is needed from your 50 MHz and up log.   Both logs can
be submitted as NLRS.
