I understand you can now (today) buy directly from DB6NT into the USA. I
don't know if this has a significant impact on the prices...but I suspect so

Subject: [NLRS] 10 GHz kits

I may have asked this question before, so sorry if I am repeating myself in
my old age. Has anyone built the MKU 10G2 (DB6NT 10GHz) kit ? The spec's
between the factory built vs the kit built are stated to be the same. The
cost differential is fairly substantial, $580 vs $385, and for those who
know which end of the soldering iron is hot, the kit form looks attractive.
Besides the difficultly with working with really small parts am I missing
anything ?
