Greetings All

Have been thinking about the same thing as of late - there
has been designs for simple horizontal polarized dipoles
which are pretty much two small hunks of wire (1/4 wave each, of
course) soldered to .141 hardline.  A design to consider would
be a scaled down 'big wheel' popular with the ATV crowd.  For
home use, an alford slot would be good but a bit more involved
in mechanical construction.
