[NLRS] FM Signal on 144.18 MHz...

FYI:

I ran across a rather strong (intermittent) FM carrier on or about
144.18-144.19 MHz this evening when scanning around the band. It appears to
be from the Winnipeg area, and might be an EchoLink node by the audio
present.

I'll try to contact the people involved and ask them to change frequencies.
Hope this hasn't caused problems anywhere, signal is 40 over 9s/u here but
polarized vertically...
