Hi Bill, The only place I know of for the sensor and sensor cable is 
ebay.  The cable goes for between 40 and $80, and the head from 50 to 
$125.  Be careful of the heads though, they will burn out in a flash 
with too much power, so many of them on ebay may be dead.  If you don't 
have any attenuators you will need to get some since the head will only 
take 10 mw before it fries.
